Com o objetivo de melhorar a experiência do consumidor ao receber os produtos em casa, a marca optou por investir em itens de papelaria e brindes institucionais para acompanhar as joias. A comunicação entre o feed do Instagram e o material impresso era desconexa. O que as pessoas viam nas redes sociais não refletia na experiência do unboxing.
A seguir, alguns itens que foram desenvolvidos para fazer essa ligação da marca também no off-line. Além das cores, ampliamos as formas de aplicação da logo, ajustamos o seu alinhamento e definimos uma nova fonte para uso em materiais institucionais.
